In the last year, I have been on two cruises, made a move to my new apartment (which I love), and taken a plane trip to Italy. But the biggest change in my year was losing my little co-editor, JoJo. He was just shy of 17 years old and his little 4-pound body just didn’t want to do it anymore. He had survived the loss of his daddy (my husband), his grandma (my mom), three cross-country car trips, and four physical moves. I miss him.
